Releasing JavaScript

This is a short orientation guide to writing and publishing JavaScript libraries, tools and other packages on npm.

It's written mainly for JavaScript developers who are familiar with using libraries in their projects, and who would like to publish their first one. It should also come in handy if you already have a few libraries under your belt and you need a reference on all the little things you have to set up for each new project.
