Mint

Can be propagated from seed or stem cutting. To propagate from cutting, remove all but the last two pairs of leaves and place in water. Roots will form in 1-2 weeks, at which point the plant can be potted.

Pruning: cut above a set of leaves to encourage branching at that node and promote bushy growth.

Mint should be planted in containers, as it spreads easily and is difficult to control.
